To celebrate these values, we've introduced the Red Shoes Award! This monthly recognition is our way of honoring agents and admins who truly embody what makes our office special — those who lift others up, lead by example, and consistently go above and beyond. We are looking to you to help select our next winner! The Red Shoes Award is for any agent or admin in the office who demonstrates:

February 2026 - Michelle Martin
Michelle Martin received this month's Red Shoes Award for truly embodying our culture. She is recognized for being a pillar of support who steps in to help without being asked, establishing the Admin group, and being the go-to person for guidance. Her positive attitude and open-door policy strengthen our entire community and show a true commitment to putting people first.
January 2026 - Dan Powers
Dan Powers is the embodiment of our market center's culture and values. He is always the first to step up—whether it’s organizing events, filling in wherever help is needed, raising money for KW Cares, or leading fundraisers with the Culture Committee. Dan is deeply committed to supporting fellow agents, generously offering guidance, teaching classes, and serving on the ALC. His enthusiasm for volunteering extends beyond our office, making a positive impact in the wider community. Dan’s genuine connections with agents, tireless work ethic, and “always culture minded” spirit make him the heartbeat of our market center. We are truly lucky to have someone who consistently goes the extra mile and champions everything that makes our culture special.
December 2025 - Michelle Armstrong & Laura Lenneman
Michelle & Laura go above and beyond, dedicating countless hours to ensure that our Santa event for our agents and their clients is nothing short of exceptional. Through their leadership and attention to detail, they create seamless, memorable experiences that reflect the very best of our culture. While juggling these remarkable contributions, they also run successful real estate businesses of their own. We are deeply grateful to work alongside people who truly embody dedication, selflessness, and commitment to our community.
November 2025 - Julissa Fuentes-Roberts
Julissa is not only wonderful person who is always going above and beyond for the people in her life - including her clients and her team, she is also the president of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) and is constantly pouring into her community, and looking for more ways to be an advocate and expand their network! Julissa's passion and drive is what makes her not only a great real estate agent but the perfect advocate for the Hispanic community, working hard to end the gap of homeownership! She is even working on expanding into KW Peru!
October 2025 - Bobbi Melcher
A few weeks ago, Bobbi and several associates witnessed a car crash outside the office. Without hesitation, Bobbi climbed the fence to help the young woman involved in the accident - showing compassion and leadership in action!
Besides this awesome event, Bobbi is just a person who shows up everyday for her team, the office, and the admin group! She is genuine, kind and actually wants to take the time to know how you are doing! |
