This monthly recognition is our way of honoring agents and admins who truly embody what makes our office special — those who lift others up, lead by example, and consistently go above and beyond. We are looking to you to help select our next winner! The Red Shoes Award is for any agent or admin in the office who demonstrates:
Who can nominate? Anyone in the office! You can submit as many nominations as you’d like each month. November 2025 - Julissa Fuentes-Roberts
Julissa is not only wonderful person who is always going above and beyond for the people in her life - including her clients and her team, she is also the president of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) and is constantly pouring into her community, and looking for more ways to be an advocate and expand their network! Julissa's passion and drive is what makes her not only a great real estate agent but the perfect advocate for the Hispanic community, working hard to end the gap of homeownership! She is even working on expanding into KW Peru!
October 2025 - Bobbi Melcher
A few weeks ago, Bobbi and several associates witnessed a car crash outside the office. Without hesitation, Bobbi climbed the fence to help the young woman involved in the accident - showing compassion and leadership in action!
Besides this awesome event, Bobbi is just a person who shows up everyday for her team, the office, and the admin group! She is genuine, kind and actually wants to take the time to know how you are doing! |
